Invention Workshops

12-week workshop sequence, starting in September, for 6th Grade up
The FALL Workshop will have a new "face." Here is what it will look like:

* The workshop sequence will be prolonged from 8 to 12 weeks due to requests from students & parents.

* The workshop will have two levels: a 4 week entry level and an 8 week advanced level for those who want to go on and take their idea to the next level and prepare for a real kids invention competition.

* Kids will learn the nuts & bolts of inventing in a guided step-by-step process …

* Kids will learn various brainstorming & creative techniques (great for school!)...

* Kids will have a blast & great fulfillment in a group of like-minded people …

* In the making is to cooperation with a Robotic group and to even have them over for a learning session.

* During the workshop sequence we'll have a successful kid inventor over for a show, tell & autograph session. Parents and siblings are invited to be part of it as well.

* The kids will receive a certificate for going through the program with accrediting their accomplishments!

* The workshop sequence will end with an "inventor-of-the-future-party", where families, friends and the public are invited for a presentation round along with some great food.
